Why Situationships Destroys Women

In a recent short upload on the Kuttah Spoken Truth YouTube Channel, I shared a reaction to a growing pattern in modern dating: situationships quietly pulling people away from the future they say they want. You can watch the clip here:

Situationships often feel convenient, exciting, or emotionally numbing in the moment but the long‑term cost is rarely considered. Many people find themselves giving physical access, emotional energy, and valuable time to partners who are not intentional, not invested, and not building toward anything meaningful.
The issue isn’t just casual intimacy. It’s the pattern of repeatedly connecting with partners who have no interest in commitment, growth, or long‑term alignment. Over time, this creates emotional fatigue, attachment confusion, and a distorted sense of self‑worth.
When someone consistently engages with partners who don’t value them, it becomes harder to recognize and receive genuine commitment when it finally appears. The emotional residue of situationships can make it difficult to trust, to bond, and to show up fully for a future relationship.
Your aspirations deserve more than temporary connections. If your long‑term vision includes stability, partnership, marriage, or building a family, then your present choices must reflect that. Every moment spent in a dead‑end dynamic is a moment taken away from the future you say you want.
Situationships offer convenience, but they rarely offer return on investment. They drain time, energy, and emotional clarity all while giving nothing back. And the truth is simple: you cannot build a meaningful future with someone who is only interested in the present moment.
Protect your future by being intentional with your present.
